Katie LaFleur is a social impact investor, philanthropist, and entrepreneur. Harnessing the impact that capital can have in reversing climate change, Katie has used her 15 years of experience to invest along ESG metrics into companies, funds, and financial institutions that work to protect the planet and rebalance the carbon cycle.
She leads Investor Relations with FullCycle, where she manages LP relations, communications, and event strategy across the fund. In her work with FullCycle, she is committed to scaling commercially-viable technologies that have the largest climate impact per dollar invested. Prior to joining FullCycle, Katie was a successful serial entrepreneur focused on strategy, growth, and team building for companies now operating in 21 countries. She worked with Helios AMC performing diligence for commercial real estate debt and equity refinancing. She served as the Vice President of Pencil of Promise’s Leadership Council, contributing to the development of over 500 schools in Africa, Central America, and Asia ensuring access to quality education for over 100,000 students a year globally.
Raised in Southern California, Katie graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Entrepreneurial Management and Business Marketing. Her ability to convene and connect those looking to drive large scale positive impact has led to a global dinner series in partnership with the Templeton Foundation and a Nexus Global ambassadorship. Serving as co-chair for the Rainforest Action Network, Katie strives to inspire others to value and actively protect the environment.
